Innovations may be several months away but here at "Command Central" we are BUSY! So many things are in the planning stages and many, many details are being confirmed. Innovations 2010 is going to be the best yet! Many new and exciting things, and events, are being created.

The most important thing happening right now is the the Innovations Teaching Schedule. I can't say too much right now, but there are going to be some AMAZING classes and GREAT teachers! You WON'T be disappointed.

The classes are scheduled to be online and registration will begin in mid-May! The Class Catalog is also scheduled to be in the mail in mid-May. If you have not yet signed up to have the class catalog sent to you, please take the time to do so. Just Click Here to go to the sign up page. Be sure to include your mailing address if you want a hard copy of the Class Catalog sent to you!

Although the website may look a little sparse, we are adding new things all the time. We will keep you posted when new information is added!

INNOVATIONS CHALLENGES
Innovations 2010 has several Challenges now in progress! There is the Fabric Challenge, the Creativity Challenge and the Quilting Challenge.

Fabric Challenge
SewBatik is providing the BEAUTIFUL fabric for the Innovations Fabric Challenge! The fabric is a surprise, but, trust me, you will not be disappointed. When you join the Fabric Challenge you will receive 1 (one) yard of the SewBatik fabric - and your entry fee into the Innovations Quilt Show is included in the price. Creativity Challenge
The Creativity Challenge this year is a quick and simple quilt in two variations. You get to choose which one you want to make! The piecing instructions for the Creativity Challenge are in a "Mystery" format and Part 1 is now ready for you to view. You won't know what the quilt top looks like until Part 2 is posted, which will be around April 20. To view Part 1 of the Creativity Challenge Click Here

Quilting Challenge
This year's theme for the Quilting Challenge is.. Sky's the Limit! Create a quilt that represents your interpretation of this phrase. Do you think of "over the top?" Do you think of celestial, planetary or other outer space type of things? Do you think of a calm summer sky or an angry winter storm? Whatever you think... make a quilt and enter it into the Quilt Show! For details on the Quilting Challenge Click Here
