The following are the
policies of
Innovations Online
Refund Policy
Please note that Innovations or
Innovations Online does NOT refund the
price of any online class on the Innovations website. When you purchase a
class, it is assumed that you, the customer, have the ability to view the
content of the class in an adequate manner.
Return Policy
If your online class includes a DVD, and
the DVD does not work properly, please return it to Innovations for a
replacement DVD. Please send an email to let us know that you will be returning
the DVD for replacement. Please note that return shipping fees
are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Once an online class has been purchased, it
can NOT be cancelled. Please make sure you are signing up for the
correct class. If you have any questions about the class you want to attend,
please send an email to:

Shipping Policy
If your online class includes a DVD it will be shipped to you
within 2 - 3 weeks of the date you registered for the online class. If there is
a delay in shipping, you will be notified via email.
Innovations Online
will ship your DVD via the US Postal Service. Innovations Online ships to
all countries that are served by the US Postal Service.
